Accounting Module
ERP961 now includes a built-in accounting module, meaning you don't need a separate accounting program to keep your books in order. From setting up your accounts to viewing your financial position at any point in time, it's all in the same system you already use for sales, inventory, and expenses.
Your chart of accounts is the backbone of your accounting: it's the organized list of all financial categories your business uses: cash, revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and so on. ERP961 lets you build and customize your own chart of accounts to match how your business is structured, with support for account types like assets, liabilities, equity, income, and expenses.
A journal entry is how accountants record financial transactions in a structured way. Every entry has a debit side and a credit side that must balance. ERP961 supports manual journal entries for any adjustments or transactions that need to be recorded directly, such as owner withdrawals, bank transfers, or corrections. The system also posts journal entries automatically in the background when you record sales, expenses, and purchases.
For any account in your chart of accounts, you can pull up a full ledger: a detailed line-by-line history of every transaction that touched that account, with running balances. This is the go-to report when you need to trace something: where did that money come from, when did that payment go through, what moved through the cash account last month? Your accountant will appreciate this one.
The trial balance is a summary of every account and its balance: total debits on one side, total credits on the other. If they match, your books are balanced. It's a quick health check your accountant typically runs before preparing financial statements, and it makes it easy to spot any inconsistencies early. In ERP961, you can generate it for any date range with one click.
Also called a Profit & Loss statement, this report answers the most important question for any business owner: are you making money? It shows your total revenue, total expenses, and the net profit or loss for a given period. Whether you're reviewing a single month or a full year, the income statement tells you exactly where you stand.
The balance sheet is a snapshot of your business's financial position at a specific point in time. It shows what you own (assets), what you owe (liabilities), and what's left for the owner (equity). The accounting module works hand-in-hand with the rest of ERP961. When you record a sale, receive a payment, or log an expense, the system automatically creates the corresponding accounting entries behind the scenes. You don't have to enter things twice. If you have an accountant on your team, they can use the accounting module directly. If you don't, the financial reports are still useful for understanding your business even without an accounting background.

Regardless of which plan you choose, ERP961 is always installed directly on your computer. Your business data is yours, fully private and accessible even without an internet connection. Data is not stored on external servers unless you choose to activate the optional online backup feature. Note that an internet connection may be required for license activation.

لأي حساب في دليل حساباتك، يمكنك استخراج كشف تفصيلي كامل يعرض كل معاملة مرت على هذا الحساب سطراً بسطر مع الأرصدة المتراكمة. هذا هو التقرير الذي ترجع إليه عندما تريد تتبع أي شيء: من أين جاءت هذه المبلغ؟ متى تم هذا الدفع؟ ماذا مر عبر حساب الصندوق الشهر الماضي؟ المحاسب سيقدّر هذه الميزة كثيراً.
ميزان المراجعة هو ملخص لجميع الحسابات وأرصدتها: إجمالي المدين في جانب وإجمالي الدائن في الجانب الآخر. إذا تساويا، فالدفاتر متوازنة. إنه فحص سريع يجريه المحاسب عادةً قبل إعداد القوائم المالية، ويسهّل اكتشاف أي خلل في وقت مبكر. في ERP961 يمكنك إنشاؤه لأي فترة زمنية بنقرة واحدة.
تُسمى أيضاً قائمة الأرباح والخسائر، وهي تجيب على أهم سؤال لأي صاحب عمل: هل تربح؟ تعرض إجمالي الإيرادات وإجمالي المصاريف وصافي الربح أو الخسارة لفترة معينة. سواء كنت تراجع شهراً واحداً أو سنة كاملة، قائمة الدخل تخبرك بالضبط أين تقف.
الميزانية العمومية هي صورة لوضعك المالي في لحظة محددة. تُظهر ما تملكه (الأصول)، وما عليك (الالتزامات)، وما تبقى للمالك (حقوق الملكية). البنوك والمستثمرون والمحاسبون يستخدمونها لتقييم الصحة المالية للعمل. بالنسبة لك كصاحب عمل، هي ملخص واضح للوضع المالي الكلي بعيداً عن حركة النقد اليومية.
وحدة المحاسبة تعمل بالتكامل مع بقية أجزاء ERP961. عند تسجيل بيع أو استلام دفعة أو تسجيل مصروف، يقوم النظام تلقائياً بإنشاء القيود المحاسبية المقابلة في الخلفية. لا داعي لإدخال البيانات مرتين. إذا كان لديك محاسب في فريقك، يمكنه استخدام وحدة المحاسبة مباشرة. وإن لم يكن، فالتقارير المالية لا تزال مفيدة جداً لفهم عملك حتى بدون خلفية محاسبية.
